1st day
- Meet at the hall of the hotel.
- Visit of Matera and its Unesco’s site “the Sassi” (cave houses, rocky churches where time seems to stop).
- Focaccia tasting in an ancient bakery with a wood burning oven in Altamura, town famous for its bread.
- Lunch in a selected restaurant
- Guided tour of Gioia del Colle: the castle and its museum, the churches, the historical center.
- Return to Gioia: rest and free evening.
2nd day
- Meet at the hall of the hotel.
- Visit of Polignano a mare and its wonderful sea.
- Guided tour of Monopoli, sea side town featuring waterfront, cathedral and whitewashed houses
- Lunch in a “slow food” restaurant.
- Guided tour of Alberobello: walk among the trulli and the historical quarter.
- Return to Gioia and free evening.
3rd day
- Meet at the hall of the hotel
- Visit of Trani: the little fishing port, the Templar Knights’ church, the historical center
- Guided tour of Barletta featuring Frederik II’s castle, Norman Cathedral and Medieval historical center.
- Lunch in a typical restaurant in the countryside selected by “Michelin’s guide”
- Return to Gioia
